RETREAT SETTING
Calén is hosted on carefully curated boutique and heritage farms in the Cape Winelands, chosen for their gardens, natural beauty, and sense of quiet.
Guests are encouraged to spend their breaks outdoors, walking through orchards and gardens, resting beneath trees, or simply allowing time and space to slow.
Lunch is farm-to-table and guided by what is seasonal. When weather allows, meals are enjoyed outdoors in the gardens; on cooler days, they are served in sheltered spaces with views across the surrounding landscape.
Consultations take place in private, tranquil settings on the property, whether within historic farm buildings, dedicated clinical spaces, or thoughtfully prepared treatment areas, shaped by the needs of the session and the season.

GETTING HERE
Our selection of curated heritage farms are located in the Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl areas, and around 50 minutes drive from Cape Town.
Guests can park directly on the farm in a secure, designated area.
